On the 21st June, 4 golfers plan to play 101 holes of golf at East Berkshire GC.
The aim is to raise as much money as possible in aid of NHS Charities Together Covid-19 Urgent Appeal.
Instead of asking friends and neighbours to donate some cash for a good cause, the intrepid fourball have decided to use the golf day as an excuse to hold a massive golf raffle. The four golfers aim to giveaway 101 prizes – 1 for every hole of golf played.
Speaking at the launch of the event, Rory Woolridge, the old boy of the team, commented “I wanted to do something special, to thank the unsung heroes of the NHS, so I asked for help from the 3 daftest golf buddies I know, who will agree to anything”
